Writing and recording an album has always been something that we’ve aspired to do and today my friends, is the day that we’re able to share our songs with you.

Music has always been an integral part of our lives. Throughout our childhood and adult life, Tay and I were both surrounded by musicians and music lovers, so when we crossed paths years ago, music was something that immediately brought us closer. Since that beautiful day, we’ve been strumming guitars and singing tunes whenever (and wherever) we have the chance.

“I’m the crust and cheese - Tay is the sauce and toppings.” You’re probably wondering, what the heck does that mean? Instead of putting it in terms of tasty pizza, I'll put it more literally; I’ve always been the songwriter of our duo and Tay has always been the one to tweak the melodies, add beautiful harmonies, and help turn a "pretty good song" into a "dang, that’s a tasty song". We’ve become a good song-writing team and our songs reflect the way we both view the world, our lives, and our experiences.

The seven songs on this album were all influenced and inspired by travel; whether that be international travel, domestic travel, or simply traveling back home after months of not seeing friends and family. Although each song is an expression of our experiences, insights, emotions, and perspectives throughout our years of travel, each song will surely speak to the listener in their own unique way.

Our album is now available to stream and download on our site! Of course, we'd love to give the album away for free. We really would. But just like any artist or art form, without funds it's hard to put the time and effort into writing, creating, and recording our music so we can share it with listeners around the world. 100% of album proceeds goes toward funding our music creation and keeps us on the road, pursuing new projects to share with you.

How did we record the album?

We recorded in ‘Highland Studios’, my brother, Jim’s, underground basement recording studio. We call him ‘The Wizard’ because his recording, mixing, and editing skills are quite literally a work of magic. We’re grateful that he was kind enough to lend us his time, effort, and skill-set for this project. So, for the 1,000+ time, thank you brother, you truly are a legend!

Did you say "mobile recording studio?!"

We’re also excited to announce that our van is now a mobile recording studio! We'll be recording live sessions and deeper mixes on the road. In brief, here’s what our minimal studio is composed of:
